I completely agree! Although I figured all this out on my own a few years ago. I had major issues with acne, which I hadn’t had since I was a teenager. I’ve done a liver cleanse and taken up with an iodine supplement, which made a HUGE difference in my skin! My skin is now blemish free! Things that use to irritate my skin or cause breakouts no longer do. So after years of wasting time & money on creams and special soaps, I finally have good skin and don’t have to waste my money anymore.

Sounds like a good program. I didn’t have acne until my late twenties and now I’m so self conscious about it. Anything that could help sounds good to me.
I actualy used to sell this ebook a little while back now. I confess I couldn’t personally test it as I my acne went years ago but what I can say is that I sold around 40 odd copies and although there was a 60 day NQA returns policy I only ever got one return. I can only take it from that that it does actualy work for the majority of people. Realistically you have to accept that not everyone is the same and not all ‘cures’ wirk the same on all people. Even modern medicine doesn’t work like that. I’ve kinda moved on from the ‘health products’ stuff now but the numbers don’t lie!
I tried acne free in 3 days last year when I had acne. My brother tried it with me. We had high hopes (I guess when you are searching for a cure, any cure, you have to be optimistic). To be honest though, all that happened was a little lightening of the spots that I had, and they just came back.
There are several good books out there that talk about getting rid of acne by eating a certain way, but I could never follow them as food is one of the primary pleasures of my life.
I actually found that Proactiv works for me. It took me about three or four months to see some good results, but I just kept at it, used it only once a day… now all I do is use the cleanser, not the lotion or anything else.
i actually just did the 3 days and it was hell very hard to do but i did it if i just got like 4 new zits so i am very very upset but it takes a while it still can clear up anyways if it does work i will tell u guys how to do it but just to give u hint its very hard everything about it is hard u gotta be tough
