when detoxifying the body, i find it much better to use natural products rather than those synthetic detox products. that is why i always go after the natural detox way. but for convenience. those commercial detox kits are pretty much better..

i just started useing dr.merical acne system today 6/6/09 as a child growing up my acne has been one of the bigest problems in my life but i hope after useing this avne system i have a more wounderful skin

I’m in my 30s and my acne started in my early teens. I tried everything under the sun and it became more tolerable in my 20s aside from the flareups I would get out of nowhere. Green tea works and it’s hard sometimes to believe it when looking at what I use to spend on products and derm visits. I drink 3-4 cups each day. I drink it in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I buy decaf and it’s an inexpensive but effective way of achieving healthy looking skin along with the other health benefits it provides.

i have delt with acne my whole life, i honestly have tried everything. from baby piss to acutane nothing has worked for me. i am now a 32 year old male and i feel i am down to my last hope. i hope you can help me. my acne now resides on my back. my face, well lets just say its a point were i can deal with it.
