The skinny: First, a confession: I am a compulsive skin picker. I have acne-prone combination and hyperpigmented skin. (MAC Studio Fix and I are close personal friends.) I don’t get major breakouts, but when a blackhead or small pimple appears, I’m right on it, picking and popping.
I tried this product for one month. The first week my skin appeared to be getting clearer. After the first week, all kinds of bumps started popping up. Yesterday i stopped using the product becuase i was in a huge mess with rash, red itchy and burning.. not to mention… i started getting hot flashes and swelling under the skin. The next morning i was rushed to a physisican who concluded i had a form of contact dermititis ( a huge allergic reaction) to the harshness of this producy and i am now strong antibiotics and an anti histamine to remove the rash and swelling. I currently have severre pain in the glandular area under my chin which has also affected my ears with chronic ear and headace. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THE PRODUCT AS SAFE TO BE USED. I used Dr.miracles for a week just because I had a few bumps on my face. Now I have tiny bumps all over my face like a rash. I stopped using it and when I spritz water on my even that burns a little. I will try taking antihistamines and see if that works. I guess it’s not for everybody.
