I was early, went in 5 minutes before my appointment time, and the examination was very thorough. Dr explained to me first what to watch out for and then examined each mole one by one (since I am a woman, his female colleague examined the ones on my chest). I will be going back again for my annual check-up, and would go for any other skin related-issues. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Bansil – just to have all my moles checked. I sat in the waiting room for two and a half hours, and when I was finally called back, Dr. Bansil was EXTREMELY rude. He made eye contact for about thirty seconds when I first walked in and shook his hand (he didn't even get up from his desk), then continued writing prescriptions for other patients while I explained my problem. Every once in a while, he said, "Uh-huh, uh-huh." but gave no other indication that he even knew I was alive. I finally stood up and said I would come back another time when he wasn't busy, and he started yelling at me about how he got stuck in traffic and how his taxi driver was an idiot. Had NOTHING to do with me, my appointment, or anything else. I spent a total of two minutes and 23 seconds in his office. Was charged 3,500 KSH. Total robbery. The guy's practicing license should be revoked. I would never trust this man with my face. I agree with Tracy!
