It works great...It's oil-free and after you rinse it off your face.. be sure to to put lotion on your face.. They are most likely scars from where acne was but cleared up, but still left the pore dead. You can try a scar treatment ointment, like Mederma. PS. NEVER pop your pimples! Bad bad bad!
