How Do You Get Rid Of Acne Scars Without Meddication Or Surgery?

i used to haveterrible acne 4 5 years.. but i sorta got rid of it but i have lots of scars! how do i get rid of the scars without taking medication or having surgery?

crushed aspirin with a little water.. put it on the scars and leave it on over night.. i’ve read that this softens and lessens the appearance of them.. also maybe adding in some vitamin e capsules might help..
My sister has really bad acne as well and has had it since her teens. she’s 32 now and still has it. There isn’t a way to make it completely go away without surgery but you can fade it. What I would do is buy Neutrogena’s Acne mark fading peel, the micro dermabrasion kit for the face, and Garnier Frutis’s newest facial scrub that they’ve come out with. Just be consistent with it. ALWAYS scrub your face before you go to bed and never go to sleep with your makeup still on. If you don’t have time to wash your face, then just wipe off the makeup with Neutrogena’s makeup remover cloths. Be sure to take a wet washcloth though and wipe your face after b/c the makeup remover leaves a greasy feel on your face. One other thing that you can do is to use Neutrogena’s makeup line that they have out. That’s how my sister (and myself though mine isn’t as bad as hers) keeps our faces clean and clear.

There is a plant that is called SAVILA. Its a Latin plant and if you take a branch of it and cut it into small peaces and then cut the small peace in half and apply on half to one side of the face and the other half to the other half of the face. It will make your skin smooth and it will heel the scars. I tell you cuz i used to used it, i used to get lots of acne as well for about four years. The only thing about this is that it smells kind of strong and its a little slimy. But that’s why u apply it over night. You can find the plant at supermarkets.
