I like you Dr McEnroe. I suffered from acne not so long ago and to be honest the only thing that actually works is to go to a dermatologist and they will sort you out. Don’t waste your time getting your hopes up that remedies like this will work.

This article makes light of an extremely serious medical complaint. To suggest that pollution or humidity can penetrate the dermis to cause acne is ignorant and downright offensive to all those who suffer from it. Yogurt or honey offer absolutely no benefit in the treatment of even the mildest acne, the vast majority of which is entirely hormonally driven. Please refrain from suggesting ridiculous, irrational remedies until you have spent at least 9 years of tertiary study to specialise in the skin.

Use yogurt both int. And ext. 2 cure acne. Try only natural yogurt. Dont mess wit allopathy these medecines, creams hav more damaging effect.
