What Product Worked Best For Your Acne?Just curious here, what products or remedies worked best to get rid of your acne?
Regular vitamins and apple cider vinegar work best for me.

Step 1:
Wash your face with a gentle cleanser with warm water, every morning and night.
Don’t put pressure on your acne it will make acne red and irritated.
Step 2:
Gently dab away water on your face, but don’t take all of the moisture away because it will only make your skin dry. Be careful to wash your face too much because it can irritate your skin. If you have oily skin, get a tissue and wipe the oil away.
Step 3:
Apply a topical acne medication, from a dermatologist or from any store. You can also get lotion, or gel containing benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.
Benzoyl peroxide gets bacteria from the skin and salicylic acid helps unclog pores and prevent your skin from peeling. Get one that fits better for your skin.
Step 4:
Protect your skin with a non-comedogenic sunscreen(sunscreen that doesn’t clog pores). To avoid your skin from way too much sunlight, that can make your acne worse.
Step 5:
Use only non-comedogenic, water-based make-up that is oil-free. There are moisturizers and makeup that is made for people who have acne
Step 6:
Be careful when you shave. Shaving can irritate your skin and shake in only one direnction.
Some shaving creams have benzoyl peroxide, so it can help get rid of your acne.
Step 7:
NEVER squeeze, pop, or pinch acne. It causes more acne and it can make you get scarring.
Step 8:
Try avoid things touching your face, like holding a phone against your face, wearing sports equipment, or resting your chin on your hand.
Step 9:
Keep your hair clean and out of your face. The natural oils in hair can contribute to acne, as can hair products that contain oil.
Step 10:
If you still have acne while taking care of your skin you might want to go to a dermatologist. There are different types of acne and different treatment.
Step 11:
Be patient! Fighting acne can be slow, and it’s not going to zap away in a day. But when you get rid of your acne, you’ll say hello to your new face.

Spironolactone for Acne Treatment Spironolactone is a synthetic steroid which is used for acne treatment in women. Though it is not the first line of defense against acne breakouts, it is highly effective against acne caused by hormonal changes. To know more about spironolactone for acne treatment, read on…

Acne is a skin disorder that mainly occurs in women due to hormonal fluctuations. Though acne usually first appears during adolescence, hormonally influenced acne mainly occurs during early to mid twenties and can persist well into adulthood. The cause of hormonal acne is mainly associated with androgens, hormones stimulating the sebaceous or oil glands, and hair follicles in the skin. Due to hormonal fluctuations, the oil production in the skin increases, causing blockage of pores that finally results in acne. Hence, most of the women experience increased facial oiliness and acne flare-ups like pimples, whiteheads and blackheads.
    Acne Treatment with Spironolactone
Acne treatment usually involves the use of topical lotions, creams or gels, and sometimes prescribed antibiotics also. But in some cases these treatments don’t work so well, and an anti-androgenic treatment with spironolactone for acne is carried out. Due to its androgen inhibiting properties, it is given to women when there is excess of androgen production, the main cause of female acne. It blocks the androgen receptors in the body and forbids the cells from absorbing androgen hormones. Hence, it simply limits the hormonal fluctuations that cause acne breakouts. The medication is given once or twice a day as prescribed by the dermatologist and the severity of the patient’s acne. The medication is normally used along with birth control pills, and in some cases the pills are recommended a week or a month before prescribing spironolactone. It is highly effective for women having hormonal disorders that activate acne or other problems like unwanted facial hair. It is also beneficial for some other skin disorders like androgenetic alopecia, hirsutism and supprativa.
Precaution and Side Effects of Spironolactone
The medicine is not recommended if the patient is on ACE inhibitors and has a family history of breast cancer, uterus or ovarian cancers, or is suffering from kidney problems. In such cases, always inform your doctor before taking the medicine. The medicine intake should be avoided during pregnancy and by women having renal insufficiency or abnormal menstrual bleeding. Both blood pressure and blood potassium levels should be checked regularly if you’re having this medication. There are rarely any side effects due to low dose of spironolactone, but with higher doses women may experience the following:Irregular menstruationBreast tendernessBreathing problemsSwelling in face and neckThirst, dry mouthStomach cramps, vomiting and/or diarrheaLow blood pressureHeadache and dizzinessIncreased blood potassium levelsWomen between the age group of 20 to 30 suffering from irregular periods, often outburst with acne especially during premenstrual periods. According to some studies, up to 66% of women who took spironolactone for acne have experienced outstanding improvement in their skin, and when taken along with oral contraceptives, the number has increased to 85%. One has to be patient while taking the medicine as it may take a few weeks to show noticeable improvement in the skin. Drink plenty of water while taking spironolactone as it also acts as a diuretic. The medicine is sold under the brand name Aldactone, and if you develop any of the above mentioned side effects, do consult your doctor.

There is this new popular cream that people have been talking about.
It was even televised on TV.
It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and blemishes. Fast results too! (It has been claimed that major results can be seen within a week and no later than two weeks)
Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.
This person is providing 1-3 week trial samples (Only for ONE DOLLAR.. definitely a deal) on ebay at:
Search up “best acne solution ever” on ebay.
First 100 customers can get the item for $1 for one week trial and up to 3 weeks. Or you can buy the whole container for $160
It’s expensive, but the product DOES work.
My sister and cousin who both have major acne have tried the product and they both give it thumbs up. I have also heard many great feedbacks about this cream.
I don’t have a problem with acne, but it seems to have great results on my sister who has moderate to severe acne. Her acne swelling went away overnight.
    I hope this helps. =)

Acne is a terrible skin condition millions of people around the world suffer from. Acne is an equal opportunity employer and doesn’t care about your income, education or career level. It strikes when you want to avoid it the most and can often bring a lifetime of frustration in trying and tossing acne treatment products. Scarring is another harsh reality those who suffer from acne have to face.
After years of acne or during conditions such as sunburn over an acne breakout, or other, you can be left with terrible scarring that leaves you feeling less than approachable. While, scarring is a condition that goes much deeper than the surface of the skin and affects the tissue beneath the skin, it can be treated in the way of making it less noticeable on the surface of the skin. Instead of investing in acne scar products that may let you down, first try a few of the tried and true home remedies to treat acne scarring.
One of the most popular ways to treat acne scarring naturally is with the use of a simple paste made from salt and vinegar. This is not recommended for use if you have open wounds or pustules on your face, it can burn severely. But, the use of salt and vinegar for acne treatment is for more than just scarring, as it can also help to get rid of acne and help to even out the pH of your skin thus preventing future breakouts. Apply the paste and let sit for no more than ten to twenty minutes and then wash off with warm water. Do this once daily and after a few days you should notice a more even-tone to your skin and less noticeable scarring.
Acne scarring is a terrible reality for many people who battle acne and though the scarring is permanent and will never fully go away, there are ways to lighten its appearance and thus its impact in your life. By using the home remedies mentioned above you can avoid the expensive acne scar products and find a solution to your problem that’s cost-effective and can be done in the privacy of your own home.
